Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–8 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Zenchiliving is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Postal or shipping carriers
Customs clearance
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

If a package is delayed, we will assist you in contacting the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

We are not responsible for lost packages
Reshipping fees may apply

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Please check with your neighbors or local post office
Contact the shipping carrier directly

Once a package is marked as delivered, zenchiliving is not responsible for stolen packages.

Customs & Duties （International Orders）

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country or region.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
